Ministry Overview
Bob Conover was given the opportunity to return to Jordan in August of 2004 and resume teaching at JETS (Jordan Evangelical Theological Seminary) and at the same time work on his ThM degree at JETS. He is also looking forward to the opportunity to participate in JETS extension campuses in other countries, and assist in local church-plants. The JETS extension campus in Baghdad has resumed classes again and 14 students are now studying the Word of God in Baghdad.
Margie Conover ministers primarily to her family. She is also very active in the Whitman Academy, the school where her children attend, assisting in various ways. She is also in increasing demand for her physical therapy skills, giving much desired advice to many with sore backs and necks.
They have three children: Jennifer, Jonathan, and Lauren.
Special Prayer Requests
- Pray that God's Word will have an impact on the students' lives at JETS and impact the Muslim world for Christ.
- Pray for continued safety and good health for the Conovers.
- Pray that God would prepare hearts to which they can witness.
- Pray for the students and teachers at the JETS extension in Baghdad as they prepare themselves to serve their country.
- Please pray for Jennifer as she is away from her parents and that God would use her at Cal State L. A.
