Missions

• Ransom Report - Our Former College Ministries pastor and his family are career missionaries with the Evangelical Free Church of America International Mission and are planning a ministry of church planting in the Philippines. They have gone to the Philippines to attend language school and eventually plant churches.

• Harvest Online / The Harvest Crusade - Begun in 1990, Harvest Crusades are free, open-to-the-public, evangelistic events intended to present the message of Jesus Christ to people in a non-religious environment. The 1998 Southern California Harvest Crusade at Edison International Field on August 27-30 was broadcast live on the net and included contemporary worship music and a message by Pastor Greg Laurie.

• Jews For Jesus - Jewish people are coming to Y'shua (the Jewish way to say Jesus)! Throughout the ages, there have always been some Jews who have believed in Jesus. But now, more than at any time since the Jewish apostles of Jesus ministered 2,000 years ago, Jewish people are finding grace and salvation in our Lord Jesus Christ.

• Mission Aviation Fellowship - Serving God and responding to human needs since 1945, MAF-US spans the globe to serve the needy with aviation and telecommunications services. Every four minutes, seven days a week, 365 days a year, an MAF-US aircraft takes off or lands somewhere in the world. MAF-US flies more than 80,000 flights every year--going to remote places where canoes, mules, and camels can only reach with great difficulty. When a village boy is crushed by a fallen tree and the nearest hospital is a three-day walk, an MAF plane can fly him to medical help in just minutes. MAF-US aviation serves some 500 Christian and humanitarian organizations each year, including most church denominations, World Vision, the Peace Corps, Habitat for Humanity, Campus Crusade for Christ, and Wycliffe Bible Translators to name a few.

• Prison Fellowship International - Founded in 1976 by Charles W. "Chuck" Colson, Prison Fellowship (PF) is a Christian ministry responding to the needs of prisoners, ex-prisoners, victims and those affected by crime. Prison Fellowship International (PFI) is the global association of national Prison Fellowship organizations.

• Voice Of The Martyrs - "A global perspective on persecution of God's children."
